I have worked as a Trainee Instrumentation Technician for 18 months, now I am a permanent Instrumentation Technician at MA Automotive Tool and Die at Berlin Plant 4. My primary responsibilities include ensuring high equipment system availability and reliability with minimal production downtime in robotics, PLC, glueing application and spot-welding systems.
In all this time with the company it has been a great pleasure to work with a highly supportive team. I’m grateful to be part of the MA group."
I qualified in 2022 with a Red Seal Certificate and I secured a permanent employment as a Toolmaker. My role includes, but not limited to:
-do routine services, die repairs and maintenance of press tools.
-attend to breakdowns, identify faults and do problem solving at the press line, with minimal down time to aid production.
-Ensure that the parts we produce always meet the standard of customer requirements.
working at MA Automotive Tool and Die can be fun, exciting but mostly educational.
I feel very privileged and honoured to be part of such a wonderful team."
I started working for MATD in July 2023 and have been enjoying being part of the winning team. MATD not only manufactures car parts, but strives when it comes to employee inclusivity, employee engagement and employee development ensuring high staff morale.
