Primary purpose of the job
To represent MA Automotive by ensuring that customer requirements are met with regard to the quality and availability of products. Lead Sort and rework action at the customer as and when required. Attend daily meetings at customer and provide feedback to Manufacturing plants
Key Performance Areas
Attend daily production and quality, audit meetings as and when required at Customer.
Support the Manufacturing plants with sort and rework at Customer.
Support by reworking parts at BMW
Confirm all Customer Reports and Quality Alerts
Follow through with ISIR submission to BMW
Investigate each claim with incident reports
Respond with daily reports on MA email.
Communicate only to MA when concerns are detected
Follow escalation process

Press and assembly knowledge
Report writing and presentation skills

Extensive computer skills with emphasis on Excel spreadsheets
Minimum Requirements
NQF Educational level N6/ Diploma/Degree in Quality
Educational qualification: TQM / Auditing Certificate
Min. 2 years’ experience within the automotive manufacturing environment
Min. 5 years’ experience in the production environment within MA Automotive
Extensive Technical background
